A wealth of experience
Droman staff are currently leading a €1m EU funded project to modernise HR management processes in the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia. Alongside this we have worked with regional NGOs, for example designing and delivering a workshop on how to use effective HR in the fight against corruption in policing and justice.
The next phase of our work in Serbia will see Droman staff leading work with the Ministry of Interior to conduct its first Strategic Threat and Risk Assessment. This will be linked to its new strategic planning cycle including a move to programme budgeting. In supporting the operationalisation of these key organisational processes, Droman will enter its 5th year of successful engagement with the Serbian government.
Our sister company, Droman Crime Solutions Ltd, is leading an innovation partnership with the University of Abertay and Police Scotland in the development of a serious game solution to cyber crime investigation training. The Scottish Funding Council has made an innovation voucher grant to the project. Work on a prototype is well advanced.
