About Droman Solutions Ltd

Droman Solutions Ltd is our sister company, and was set up in Scotland in January 2015 to pursue an innovative partnership with the University of Abertay and Police Scotland. The problem we had to solve was how to train police officers in cybercrime investigation and digital evidence handling.

Research showed that immersive learning would be the best approach. Immersive learning allows users to enter and interact with realistic workplace scenarios using ‘serious gaming’ technology. Our mobile app allows users to access training anytime, anywhere they feel best undertaken. This frees staff and organisations, from scheduling training, mitigating costly service disruption, caused by abstractions from the workplace.

Immersive learning is proven to improve skills transfer over traditional e-learning methods. Most importantly our training has been well received by the police officers using it, who find it engaging and enjoyable.
