Droman’s directors and associates have close working relationships with universities throughout the UK and internationally. These include the Scottish Institute of Policing Research (SIPR); the Centre for Evidence-Based Crime Policy at George Mason University, Virginia; the Scottish Informatics and Computer Science Alliance (SICSA); the Royal College of Defence Studies; University of Edinburgh Business School; and the School of Law at the University of Edinburgh.

These relationships allow Droman to benchmark responses to client needs with the latest research and thinking. Additionally, Droman has been successful at fostering partnerships involving public, private and academic bodies, particularly linking technology to improvements in service delivery.

We have worked closely with Skills for Justice Awards (now part of the Workforce Development Trust) to enable the important linkage between reform and accredited upskilling of staff, ensuring that change is sustainable after the initial implementation period.
