Judicial Efficiency Project Serbia – November 2016 to December 2017

Droman was contracted to review effectiveness and efficiency of staff deployed across Serbia’s courts, judiciary and public prosecution system. Flowing from this review, a report with recommendations was provided along with a draft HR strategy and implementation plan.

The report and the HR strategy were accepted without amendment by the overarching Ministry of Justice working group.
