Strategic Threat and Risk Assessment – Police Directorate – Serbia 2016

Between April and December 2016, David McCracken carried out a capability and capacity assessment relative to the Serbian Police Directorate’s first strategic threat and risk assessment process.

Coaching, mentoring and training was provided to support senior and specialist managers as they embarked upon this pivotal strategic planning process. This culminated in a three-day workshop where the assessment was drafted and priorities agreed. These underpinned the Police Directorate’s first Strategic Plan.
